Greeks foreign residents and foreigners, who own property in Greece or have business activity in Greece or receive pensions from Greece, face several difficulties with their representation and management of their property in Greece.

Our company provides services for the representation of the foreign residents before the Tax and Administrative Authorities, being appointed as representatives before the tax authority (Tax Office for foreign Residents).

We watch the property cases of foreign residents, undertaking the submission of annual tax declarations and asset declarations (E9), the payment of taxes, the submission of life certificates to Social Security Services, etc. and we provide legal support for any issue in Greece.
