SPYROS APOSTOLOPOULOS

Lawyer in the Supreme Court. Member of the Athens Bar Association since 1986. Specialized in civil, administrative and criminal law. He has special experience in handling court cases, as he practices litigation at all levels of the Courts, including the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. He has successfully handled very important expropriation cases, including expropriations of entire villages, and has extensive experience in drawing up real estate contracts and the cadastral cases. Active Member of the Hellenic Association of Civil Procedure Specialists.

DESPINA NIKOLAIDOU

Lawyer in the Supreme Court. Member of the Athens Bar Association since 1986. She deals with civil and commercial law cases. She has extensive experience in legal consulting of all types’ companies .In parallel she deals with Employment law and Social Security Law. She has worked as a salaried lawyer at HELLENIC POST and has served as Chairman in the Objection Committees of the National Cadastral. She is registered in the Registry of certified lawyers of EFKA. She speaks English.

CHRISTOS TSIFTSIS

Lawyer in the Supreme Court. Member of the Athens Bar Association since 2010, specializing in Civil, Criminal, Employment and Commercial Law cases, settlement of households debts and banking negotiations, in matters of foreigners and issues of Collective Management of Artists. He is a graduate of the Varvakion School and the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resource Management (HR) from the University of Manchester, New Hampshire, USA . He also holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Management of Cultural Units of the Hellenic Open University specializing in Art Law. He has been certified as a Data Protection Officer (DPO). He speaks English, German and Italian.
